St. Clare's LEGO Robotics team from Staten Island held a public forum on energy called "Transforming Power"

St. Clare's LEGO Robotics team from Staten Island held a public forum on energy called "Transforming Power" on January 8. It was great night. We not only presented our FIRST LEGO League Power Puzzle research to over 100 guests from the community in an interactive, entertaining and informational manner, but we also invited experts to speak to the public about energy. Representative from the sites we audited also attended and they are now considering implementing some of the ideas the students recommended. Thank you to the FLL for showing these kids that they can make a difference!
Our story appeared in the Staten Island Advance newspaper with photos. Here is the electronic version of the story itself. It was on the Staten Island Advance's website but was also was posted by the Government Innovators Network, which is affiliated with Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government).
