On November 17, at 12 p.m. ET, Dean Kamen will join Sally Ride, Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage of the hit science TV show "Mythbusters" and kids from around the world for “Math, Science and the Future of Our Nation,” a global online town hall from Time Warner Cable, as part of its Connect a Million Minds community initiative.
Hosted by former Vice President Al Gore, this interactive event will connect young people in the U.S. to their peers abroad to discuss attitudes towards math and science, and what these attitudes mean for their future success.
